Pegasus Barge: Modified covered space shuttle fuel cell transport vessel to NASA’s next generation fuel cell transport vessel by increasing length 115’ while maintaining longitudinal strength, current class and certifications.

Space Perspective

MS Voyager: Conversion of an OSV to a Marine Spaceport. Installation of mission equipment including large capacity A-frame. Fabrication and installation of a large fantail. Accommodation modifications for added capacity. This transformation involved extensive structural modifications and system upgrades.

TxLa

Blast Rated Building Fabrication: Fabrication and loadout of (2) blast rated buildings housing specialized electrical equipment. Buildings measured 110’ x 32’ x 18’ and 98’ x 21’ x 14’.

USACE Conversion Dry-Dock

USACE

Drydock 5801: Renewed 849k pounds of steel, replaced all pumps, valves, and operating hardware, including valve actuators. Replaced all electrical components including tank leveling JOWA system. Renewed electrical systems. Internal and external blast and painting.

Dredge Jadwin: Removal and reinstallation of the dredge ladder to facilitate the renewal of ladder trunnion bushings and repairs. Repaired suction piping and replaced the transition suction hose. 274’ dustpan dredge

Weeks Marine

CR McCaskill: Fabrication and installation of a cutter service platform and insert forward mid horn plug sections. Removal and replacement of (3) main generators. 315’x62’ cutter suction dredge.

Manson Construction

Dredge Newport: Complete center vertical keel plate, hopper seal, hopper seal foundation, stop blocks and vertical seal and seal structure replacement. This is a 265’ trailing arm split hopper suction dredge.

Weeks Marine

EW Ellefsen: Fabrication and installation of cutter service platform and modifications to dredge piping. Complete hull coating preservation. 257’x62’ cutter suction dredge

Gulfmark

Multi-Vessel Projects: Convert 190’ class DP2 vessels to 220’ DP2 vessels by adding a 30’ midbody. Included complete rewiring to maintain DP2 classification. Same was done with several 210’ converted to 250’ class vessels.

Seacor Marine

Ballast Water Treatment Systems for OSV’s: Installation of ballast treatment systems concurrent with a scheduled 5-year regulatory inspection and repair program on a series of three OSV’s.

Shore Pacific: Major steel renewals, hull coating preservation, replacement of all fendering. 350’x100’ Derrick Barge / Gusto 1,000 ST Derrick Crane.

Cajun Industries

Cajun Commander: Fabrication and installation of (2) 30’ x 100’ x 8’ removeable sponsons with locking lug pinning system. Perimeter removeable handrails. Accomplished dry and floating fit up testing.
